Trismoka is a family-owned company that has been producing coffee in a roasting plant on the shores of Iseo Lake for over 50 years. The company needed a web app that would allow agents, management and administration to easily manage customer acquisition and relationship tracking.

Trismoka wanted to digitise its customer acquisition processes with a sophisticated and, above all, customised web solution. The customer needed a unified application for agents, management and administration, a reliable way to manage their contacts, from acquisition to administration.
USER EXPERIENCE AND USER INTERFACE
Mònade's answer was to combine the requests of agents, administration and management in a single web app optimised both for desktop, for those who use it from the office, and for tablets, to facilitate its use by agents as well.
The new system has made it possible to speed up the passage of information and minimise the possibility of error, thanks to the consolidation of contact data and the easy and immediate search function. The solution has brought considerable added value to the relationship between the company and its customers thanks to the clear and detailed overview of each contact.
